CO2 Dragster Competition: Sponsored by Dremel - Thursday, January 27

Once again we will be holding a CO2-powered Dragster Competition, sponsored by Dremel on Thursday, January 27 at 5pm. Dragsters will be built onsite using tools provided by Dremel and with guidance from Dremel employees. An entrance fee of $5 per team of two people includes one dragster body kit, access to tools, and food. Please see the Official Rules for more details and contact Dave Osenga to register. Hurry - registration is limited to the first 30 teams.

ASME @ MSOE

ASME has a student chapter at MSOE that provides an introduction to a professional society that will continue to support its members throughout their career. Design competitions are often the focus of meetings, offering students an opportunity to apply classroom skills and have a good time. The MSOE chapter prides itself on being one of the more active professional organizations on campus. In a single quarter members have the opportunity to participate in several design competitions and a variety of industrial tours. ASME members are able to attend a nationally renowned engineering conference where it is easy to begin making useful career contacts.
